Coinmen is one of the top emerging firms to have developed a credible reputation of supporting a varied range of foreign clientele, especially from Asia and Europe through its internal foreign business groups. These groups, led by expats from the respective countries, act as the perfect bridge between our teams and our global clients, ensuring that every conversation is efficiently communicated. More importantly, these groups also ensure that Coinmen understands the culture of the respective countries, respects the same and holistically aligns the Indian business environment with the foreign country’s business requirements.
In a time when audit, tax and corporate finance are rarely undertaken by a single firm, we believe our in-house expertise in all three areas comes into play collectively, which allows us to solve your problems under one roof.
To ensure the successful execution of our services for the same, we have entered a joint-venture with Novistra Capital, a New York-based boutique advisory firm that partners with business owners and management teams to provide global investment banking services. This joint venture was formed to expand Coinmen’s service offerings in India and render services relevant to private equity and capital raise.
We understand that no one is perfect, and we should keep raising the bar to improve. Hence, we feel privileged to have found support from renowned industry experts and experienced professionals. At Coinmen, we are extremely proud of our esteemed board members and their unstinted guidance.
